 Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato soup with sorrel oil (vg)

 Duck liver pate with smoked beetroot, croute & sherry butter

 Smoked Salmon Gravalax, pickled cucumber, dill creme fraiche & breads


 Roast Crown of Turkey, apricot stuffing, pigs in blankets, seasonal vegetables, roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding & jus

 Beef Fillet, potato terrine, braised red cabbage, celeriac puree & blackberry jus (£5 supplement)

 Pan seared fillet of Hake, creamed cauliflower, potato fondant, kale & burst caper sauce
